How to shop online on Nitya Biswas?
Adding Items to My Cart
To add an item to your cart start by browsing through our catalog. Simply click on any product image you are interested in. Once selected, click on the “ADD TO MY CART” button. A window on the right will slide-out showing your cart and your selected product. You can then browse further and add additional items to your cart or check-out there itself. In case you decide to browse and add more items, check your cart by clicking the button in the top right corner of your screen at any given time you decide to check-out.
Once you click on 'Checkout', you would be asked your log-in details and payment information in order to complete your transaction. Within the checkout you can also amend the quantity selected for each item or delete unwanted items by simply clicking the 'minus' button and get your item to be deleted to 'zero' in order to remove it from your cart. Your amendments will be updated and allow you to proceed with the checkout process. Please note you will not be able to add an item to your cart if it has been sold out. However, you may contact customer service (email@example.com) via email to check if an item is still available.
- You will be asked to checkout by either logging into your existing NB account, create an account or checkout as guest.

- On checkout, you will be asked to provide detailed and accurate shipping information, followed by choosing your shipping method
- Standard shipping is free, however, express shipping or time-sensitive shipping come at extra costs. Select your shipping choice and click on 'Complete Order'.
- Here, please choose your desired payment method, and complete your transaction.
- In case you are checking out as guest, continue with selection of payment options and you can always come back create your account later.
- Once done, you will receive the order confirmation on your registered email id and order status from time to time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, whilst you are still browsing and shopping online simply change, remove and update your items as required by updating the quantities in your cart. To check your cart, you may click the button in the top right corner of your screen. You can cancel your order until you have confirmed your payment. Once confirmed, it is not possible for you to change or cancel your order. In specific cases, we offer a return on the delivered articles. Please make sure you refer to our 'Returns Policy' for complete details before confirming your order.
Can I send a gift to someone?
Surprising someone with a 'Nitya Biswas collection' item is a great gift idea. You can nominate to have the order delivered to the gift recipient’s address by entering their details in the Shipping Address section of the checkout process. All our items are beautifully packaged. Please note that all invoices are sent out with the parcel.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Please note all stock displayed online is in stock and available to purchase, unless the item is labeled “SOLD OUT”. Unfortunately, some of our popular or selected items sell out quickly. You may contact customer service via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to see if an item is still available or a special order is possible.
What cards and payment options does Nitya Biswas accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX credit card, debit cards & PayPal. Net banking facility is also available. Your card will be debited at the time of dispatch. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as NI Designs.
What currency do you use?
All prices online are displayed in United States Dollars(USD).
Do I need to create an account to shop online?
Yes, within the checkout process you may select the option to checkout as a guest rather than signing in or registering an account. However having a Nitya Biswas account with us allows you to experience a faster checkout out process as all your contact, shipping and payment details will be saved and ready for your next purchase. You will also be able to track your current orders, view your previous order history, view your gift card balance and receive email updates with our latest arrivals, collections and online exclusives (provided you wish to receive these updates, which is easily managed within your account).
I’ve forgotten my password to my account on Nitya Biswas
You can easily reset your password by clicking the login link in the top left corner. Within the Login to your Nitya Biswas account there is a link called FORGOTTON YOUR PASSWORD that prompts you to enter in your email address that is connected to your Nitya Biswas account, you will then be sent an email with a link to reset your password to the email address provided.
How do I change my details in my account Nitya Biswas?
If you have already signed up, click into the “My Account” section where there are options for you to change any of your details including payment and shipping details. You can do this by clicking the EDIT INFORMATION link located under each section. If you haven’t logged in for a while, we recommend checking that all your details are up to date prior to making an order.
When will I receive my parcel?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. For further information regarding our specific shipping times, costs and conditions, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
You’re tracking number can be found on your Shipping Confirmation email that is emailed to you. If your package has not arrived and you have allowed the correct time for delivery (according to the delivery type selected at checkout) please contact our Customer Care.
I forgot to update my shipping address before I placed my order
Once your order has been placed we do our best to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore we cannot guarantee we will be able to change your delivery address. Please contact our Customer Care as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address and we will try to do our best we can do for you.
